Patience may be a virtue, but it is not  easy  to acquire! It's normal for young children to be impatient. However, patience is a particularly rewarding social skill for children that will serve them well for the rest of their lives. Patience is essential for many things, including maintaining relationships and achieving big goals that can only be achieved over a long period of time. This is where the concept of delayed gratification comes into play. When you teach your child  that good things often take time. Overcome boundaries, listen and share. With a positive attitude, your child will find it easier to make and keep friends, succeed in school, and achieve their goals.
