Active listening is an important skill that even some adults have difficulty with.Deciphering and absorbing information properly requires a high level of concentration. We all know this can be challenging for young children, but active listening can strengthen your receptive language skills.

Following Instructions

The bonus for good listening skills is following the instructions your child heard, i.e. H. Instructions to follow!Following instructions becomes especially important when your child starts school. It's one thing to follow instructions at home with your parents, where you naturally feel comfortable; It is a completely different task  to follow the instructions of adult authority figures who may not know them well.

Patience may be a virtue, but it is not  easy  to acquire! It's normal for young children to be impatient. However, patience is a particularly rewarding social skill for children that will serve them well for the rest of their lives. Patience is essential for many things, including maintaining relationships and achieving big goals that can only be achieved over a long period of time. This is where the concept of delayed gratification comes into play. When you teach your child  that good things often take time. Overcome boundaries, listen and share. With a positive attitude, your child will find it easier to make and keep friends, succeed in school, and achieve their goals.
